About Victoria & Biddulph Angling Society Victoria & Biddulph Angling Society is based in the small town of Biddulph in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Biddulph has steadily grown around the A527 which is a road that will lead you to most of our waters. Just south of Biddulph on the A527 was in its day Victoria Colliery. It was from the colliery workers that Victoria Colliery and Knypersley Social Welfare Centre was born, which is basically a sports club with many sections. Our section operates solely for the activity of fishing and relevant issues regarding fishing. From its set-up, the club has been and is still run by a small, hard working (volunteer) committee who have put in the time to make VBAS what it is today. We are a steadily growing club that is always looking to improve on what we've got and to take on new waters for the benefit of our members. The full history of the club is available by clicking the below link.
